Late summer is such a lazy, relaxing time of year, a perfect time to tap into your creativity. Immerse yourself in a relaxing evening.
Immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the nurturing practice of slowing down. We'll honour and offer gratitude, as we collect wildflowers and plants that are just bursting to engage with us. Each plant creates a magnificent colour of their own.
Together we will forage in the wild fields and flower patches. We'll use our collection of nature's goodness (flowers and plants) to engage in the process of ink making. Once complete, experiment with painting or printing with your newfound colours and take home your very own ink and artwork! You'll also pick your own posy of flowers.
Your experience includes:
- A 20 minute Meditation + Grounding
- A mindful walk in the flower fields
- Foraging of plants and flowers
- Hands on Ink making process
- Exploration and experimenting with newly made inks on water colour paper
Join intuitive art teacher, Tiz, and flower farmer, Janet, in the rolling hills outside Newmarket at Country Cut Flowers for a restorative evening. Light, and yummy, refreshments will also be provided.
