Join us on the farm for an early summer morning of creativity, fun, and relaxation. You'll arrange with the gorgeous early summer flowers – including peonies, one of the queens of the garden.
We are so happy to welcome Ashley Plainos of Ashton Creative back to teach at Country Cut Flowers! She is an award-winning florist, creating beautiful designs for weddings and events. Her work has been featured in Wedluxe, Weddingbells, Today's Bride, and many other print and online publications.
Joining Janet, owner of Country Cut Flowers, for this workshop, Ashley will teach the class how to create elegant arrangements with freshly gathered flowers you get to personally select from our picturesque flower fields, along with some Ontario-grown flowers from other farms. With the freshest and most vibrant flowers picked, the workshop will be hosted in the rustic barn or field-side with tips on how to cut and arrange the flowers in a garden style design that is environmentally friendly and foam-free.
Delicious snacks from a wonderful local bakery and refreshments will be served throughout the morning. Students will take home their complete design including the compote and flowers. This small class is appropriate for all skill levels. We would love to see you here!
