Join Liz Ballantye, herbalist and owner of Wildgrove Apothecary (www.wildgroveapothecary.com), an online shop of herbal medicines, organic skin care and all things botanical, for an afternoon learning about holistic skincare. In this hands-on, interactive workshop, you will learn how to support your skin’s unique needs with simple, clean ingredients that will have your skin and spirit glowing.

Together, we will create an incredible spa experience using herbs, essential oils and other simple, clean, and nourishing ingredients. In this hands-on, interactive workshop, you will learn an herbalist's approach to natural skin care, the benefits of different herbs, essential oils and other ingredients, and how to support your skin’s unique needs with simple, clean ingredients that will have your skin and spirit glowing. You will create your own: * exfoliating facial cleanser * herbal facial steam * and soothing facial oil. We will end our afternoon with a guided facial massage using your freshly made facial oil that you can practice whenever and wherever you want.

You'll have the chance to pick a small posey of flowers from the late summer flower gardens.

We will have light snacks and drinks.
