In this workshop you'll learn the basics of eco-print dyeing with leaves and make a beautiful cotton table runner, just in time for your autumn celebrations. In addition to dyeing your table runner, you'll dye a silk bandana and pick flowers your own flower posy. Flowers, cotton runner, silk bandana and light refreshment are all included. Small class size.

Taught by Grace Wittig, of Silk & Sumac. She discovered her love for natural dyeing several years ago. At her boutique business, Silk & Sumac, Grace makes plant-dyed silk ribbons and cloth for the bridal and floral industries. Grace is also a trained horticulturalist presently working as a self-employed gardener. Janet, owner of the farm, Country Cut Flowers, is hosting the event and will take you on a short tour of the farm.
