Join us at the farm while making your own Lavender Wand to take home.  These lavender wands look beautiful, smell wonderful and make a perfect gif or beautiful decoration for your office or home.  Lavender wands can stay aromatic for several years. 

There so many health benefits of lavender: stress reduction, insomnia, bug repellent, respiratory disorders, and many more. The French lavender we'll use was harvested by Châu from a local lavender farm, naturally grown and spray-free.  

 

We'll gather at sunset on Friday, August 21st for a beautiful Lavender Wand Making Workshop set among the mixed flower gardens at Country Cut Flowers. Guided by a talented local florist, Châu, you'll create your own handcrafted lavender wand with freshly cut stems of lavender (from another local farm) - perfect whether you're a beginner or just love getting creative.

Your ticket includes all materials and access to the mixed flower gardens, with time to wander, relax, and take in the views.

Châu has a particular enthusiasm for creating beautiful arrangements inspired by nature - using primarily natural ingredients. She has trained with Willow Crossley, renowned British florist. She also has a passion for children, supporting York Region children living with cancer and serious illnesses by providing them with fun workshops and supporting orphaned children in VietNam.

No refunds or pets, although service animals are always welcome. If you can't attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else.
